I just wanted to say Thank you for this website! I played Skelsie growing up in Ridgewood (bordering Bklyn)and it was so much fun! Now that my boys are at the age I started playing it, I wanted to show them how but for the life of me couldn’t remember how to the board was layed out. Someone sent me this link and reading it brought back so many great memories. Thank you Ann Marie

Dear Ridgecliffe, The only circle game I know was done in a circle at girl scouts and it was Right hand palm down, left hand palm u and you slapped the hand of the person on your right( whose hand would be palm up) then slap your right thigh once then slap your left thigh once then slap the underside of your left hand once and the your palm twice. then you reverse the direction. It was sung to Edelweiss, from the Sound of Music. Does anyone remember Quacklidilioso?
