I know this was written a long time ago but yes, it was just like the movies… I grew up in Brooklyn NY, Sheepshead Bay area and all I could remember was wanting to go play all the time… Would run home, eat and boom out to play for as late as I could get away with…

Then home for dinner and TV… Ahhh Youth.
