i remember the point/penalty structure as follows

52….the sandwich…as described…hand between the deck….applied with the foot

5…the scrape…lateral motion

2…the guiliteen……deck divided in thirds….the middle third up and slides between the outer thirds…the vector delivered downward to the knuckles

inall cases…the finger wrapped around the full deck of cards….any cards drop….added to the penalty
