The publisher is Sterling Publishing Company (New York); publication date was 1994. I found it at the library. By the way, thanks to Jacqui for remembering the name `Yogi’ and “trials… just in case I don’t make it…” — I had completely forgotten about that. The hours we spent playing that game.
